This technique involves soldering the components of a board onto its surface, rather than passing the pins through.

As a French EMS, we need to reach international market prices.

We have SMT lines, fully automated with :

• PCB Stacker/Destacker
• Removing/placing solder paste with 2D inspection
• Placement machines Pick and Place
• Reflow oven
• X-ray inspection

These lines are monitored in real time by proprietary software (cadence, losses…).

Our lines accept PCB dimensions of 600mm x 600mm, component sizes in 1005 housing minimum and BGA pitch of 0.3 mm.

We can work on all types of substrates, multilayer, flex, flex-rigid.

The products are qualified from prototypes to mass production, with the same recommendations and the same machines.
